If you have opted to personalise your product and it arrives on time and undamaged, we will unfortunately be unable to provide either a refund or exchange on this product. This is simply due to the personalised nature of this product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
With every product on our site refunds or exchanges will be offered on any product that arrives to you damaged, or is incorrect (not what you ordered).
Please inspect all purchases on arrival.
